Workshop: Gender Equality in Reinventing Leaderships

Objectives

To promote, among local leaders and professionals in decision-making positions, a process of reflection-action around emerging leaderships in professional, community and family contexts;

Experience and (re-)construct an appropriate methodology for a unifying praxis of theoretical deepening and action in the field;

To build a network of sociocultural mediators, multipliers of awareness-raising pathways for gender equality and quality of life through shared leaderships.

Methodology

The methodology used in the workshop combines the conversational learning process of Baker, Jenson and Kolb with the Modus III Learning knowledge production praxis of Kunneman, from the perspective of Freire's philosophy of consciousness-raising.

Target audience

Teachers and students (Doctorate, Master's and final year of Bachelor's degree); Professionals in the area of social and educational intervention; Local leaders
